Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Lead vendors management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Select, lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Present to stakeholders reports on program progress
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Manage risks and issues and taking corrective approaches
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or relevant field
- +8 years of experience in project management field
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Expert in project management techniques and software tools
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Critical thinking and problem solving
decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Great negotiator
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is preferable
- +8 years of experience in project management field
